XU Atelier is a small house in the lineage of object-makers — a studio of carvers, leather-binders, and metalworkers who treat each piece as a vessel for memory. We work in long seasons; we release very few.
Every silhouette begins with an artifact — a Han dynasty censer, a Song pottery glaze, a fold in a Ming court robe — and is then quieted, shortened, and made to belong to the modern hand.
