Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise stated (e.g., waitlist or presale items, where deposits or reservation terms will be clearly communicated).

Product Availability

Items marked as limited edition are produced in numbered quantities as stated on the product page. Availability is not guaranteed once a run is sold out.

Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or on the product page. XU Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
